Convey complex financial information to investors in performance analysis reports. Forecast cash flows, assess investment risks, and evaluate potential investment opportunities across multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Develop comprehensive financial models & conduct rigorous analyses to provided insights for decision-making in real estate finance and investment contexts. Conduct in-depth due diligence on investment opportunities, reviewing financial statements, market data, and property performance metrics to assess financial feasibility and investment viability.  Masterplan design. Interpret construction plans to ensure accurate comprehension of project specifications, architectural plans, and technical drawings. Prepare promotional material for propsepctive investors and tenants. Requires MPS in Real Estate and 24 months yrs experience in job duties . Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and modeling, familiarity with real estate finance concepts such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and cash flow analysis. Aadvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Argus, Tableu, Yardi,  Adobe Photoshop, Google Sketchup and Rhino, Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, architectural design software. Proficiency in data manipulation, financial modeling, formulas and functions, data validation, pivot tables, and charting/graphing. Waterfall models.
